Booking confirmation
Bookings can be made by credit or debit card through the online booking system. Upfront payment is required and the lead booker must be over 18.
Cancellations and amendments are permitted up to one week before check-in. Changes or cancellations made later are charged at the full stay value. Third-party booking policies may differ.
Please tell us about any specific access requirements before your stay.
Arrival and departure
Accommodation is available from 3pm on arrival day and check-out is by 10am. Please leave the property and surrounding site clean and tidy, return keys to the lock box and dispose of rubbish responsibly.
Guest numbers
Cabins may host no more than two guests each. Links Farmhouse may host no more than ten guests. Overnight visitors are not permitted.
Children and dogs
Children are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult and count towards the total guest number.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £25 per cabin stay and £30 per farmhouse stay.
Smoking and illegal substances
All Lawton Links properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in open-air areas and cigarette ends must be disposed of safely.
Lawton Links has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances. Affected bookings may be ended immediately and reported to police.
Outdoor baths and fires
During very cold weather, frozen pipes may make the cabin outdoor baths unavailable. We cannot guarantee their operation throughout winter.
Open fires, log burners and fire pits are used at the guest’s own risk.
Candles and personal electrical equipment
Candles must be supervised. Personal electrical equipment must be safe, unmodified and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Guests are responsible for damage caused by candles or their equipment.
Damage and excess cleaning
Lawton Links may invoice guests for damage, repair, replacement or additional cleaning caused during a stay. Please report accidental damage promptly. Lost keys incur a replacement charge.
Liability
Lawton Links accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to guest property, vehicles or vehicle contents during a stay.
Personal details
Personal information provided to Lawton Links will not be shared with a third party except where needed to provide the booking service or required by law.
Force majeure
We cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including fire, flood, severe weather, criminal damage, industrial action, natural disaster, war, terrorism or epidemic.
Code of conduct
Guests must not cause nuisance, excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Lawton Links may ask guests to leave without refund when a reasonable request to behave respectfully is ignored.

Please tell us about any problem as soon as possible during your stay so we have an opportunity to put it right.
